Security

This website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology. Any personal profile information entered on the data entry pages is secured through encryption and cannot be viewed by anyone else on the Web.

Use of Information

In order to become one of our valued CX Evaluators, participate in mystery shops, receive payment of fees and reimbursements or access certain portions of this website, you must first complete our registration process. The registration process requires that you give us certain contact information, like your e-mail address and telephone numbers. We may also require specific demographic information, like your birth date or type of vehicle you drive and may also require that you provide us with information regarding other relevant topics, like your hobbies and interests. Your contact information is used to contact you via e-mail or telephone once you have registered and to notify you when a new mystery shop is available in your shopping area.

CX Orlando may, upon request, provide limited contact information (name, email, phone, zip code) to other current MSPA-member companies who are looking for evaluators in your area. You may choose to opt out of this share program by emailing the CX Orlando staff at info@cxorlando.com. CX Orlando will not disclose any of your personal information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the law or our rights or interfering with (either intentionally or unintentionally) use of the website.

CX Orlando is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. CX Orlando employs devices to monitor network traffic, to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, and to provide denial of service attacks or other attacks intended to cause damage. Unauthorized modification of any information stored on our systems may result in criminal prosecution.
